They were the youngest of five children that were born to my grandparents, at home, on a farm with no running water, no bathrooms, no automatic washers, just lots of hard work and dedication to family. The oldest child was five when the ‘Twins’ were born. They were wonderful mothers, good friends and are missed every day.

I just want to say thank you for taking the time to allow others to honor their loved ones with the cross. It is a very special thing you are doing. I remember years ago the first time I saw it lit up near saddlerock. It was so awe inspiring and gave me a very peaceful feeling. Now when I look at I say a little prayer for the person it is being lit for.
